Our comprehensive property watch services cover all aspects of maintaining the integrity and security of your property, whether in your absence or otherwise. We cater to discerning clients that prefer discrete, expert visits to their property on a regular schedule to ensure the property is secure, all systems are working appropriately, and any major issues are identified and dealt with promptly.
Services are tailored to satisfy home insurance concerns, and provide peace of mind for seasonal residents, frequent travelers, and multiple property owners.
PROPERTY WATCH SERVICES
Professional. Discrete. Comprehensive.
- Confirm exterior systems (drainage, grounds,
garages, etc.) are secure and functional.
Remove debris and clear mailbox/newspapers.
Look for damage, vandalism, and test
security/access and alarm systems.

- Inspect each room for leaks, mold, insects,
window/other damage, and other visible
issues.
Interior Room-by-Room Wellness
Check
- Run water in all sinks and showers, flush
toilets, and check for leaks. Or, by request,
ensure water supplies are turned off.

- Water indoor and outdoor plants as specified
- Ensure scheduled home services such as landscaping and cleaning service have been performed
- Start and idle stored automobiles as specified
- Test smoke alarms
- Seasonal opening and closing
- Pre-return grocery shopping
- Pre- and post-storm visits, power outage checks, reset circuit breakers, appliance clocks, etc.
- Collect packages/deliveries upon notification from absent property owner(s)
- ... and other services you may require from time to time.

Typically, services are provided on a 1-12 month subscription basis,
against a retainer.
Rates vary based on property size, location, and characteristics - from
in-town condominiums to remote acreages with multiple outbuildings.
- We offer a base rate for comprehensive property care and then a la
carte for any specialty services you may require from time to time on an
ad hoc basis.
